Sham, PM'd.

When anyone leaves the clan, they are removed from the "Clan" usergroup, which is what gives members access to all areas of the forum. Ex-clan members and non-clan members have access to the same limited forums.
The reason that's happened to Sham is b'cos we've done away with the Civ rank. It wasn't a consipracy against u Sham, as u seem to be making out.

We enforce the following rules on our BF2 Server

No Team Killing:
This one is obvious and is the most common server rule you will find.
Our server has an automatic kick setting of 3 TK's. Friendly Fire has been set to 75% damage and friendly mines will not hurt you.
This rule also includes those who purposely place themselves in a possition to force another player to team kill them.
Team killing (or forcing others to team kill you) will not be tolerated, so expect to get a ban fairly quickly.
On a related note, please only punish a team kill IF it is absolutely obvious that the team kill was made deliberately. Punishing a TK which was accidental could get you kicked.

No Bad Language/Abusive Behaviour:
Swearing will be allowed, so long as the language is not aimed at another player on the server. When you begin swearing at another player, or throwing insults towards them, is when the kicking and banning will begin. We do not what this kind of behaviour on our server, we wish our server to be a friendly place to play, and will therefore not tolerate any form of bullying or abuse towards other players.

No Bunny Hopping:
Bunny Hopping is not tolerated on our server.
A (singular) bunny hop is the second jump, so jumping twice or more is considered bunny hopping... even if the jumps are a couple of seconds apart. If you jump more than once while attempting to avoid incoming enemy fire, you will be considered a bunny hopper.
Depending on who has admin rights at the time, bunny hoppers will be warned twice then kicked from the server. If that person comes back onto the server and bunny hops again, they can expect to be banned without another warning.
Some players will argue that they are not just going to stand still when under fire. We agree, of course, but there are many other ways to move to avoid enemy fire - crouch, go prone, strafe, retreat... all are acceptable, bunny hopping is not.

No Kamikazi Pilots:
This is when you fly any type of aircraft into an enemy in an attempt to kill them. This doesn't just mean other enemy aircraft, it also includes enemy vehicles and infantrymen too. We consider flying your aircraft into the enemy, killing by unfair means.
If you kamikazi on our server, you can expect only a single warning before being kicked. Come back and do it again, and it will be banny banny with no further warning for you.
This rule applies even if the player/s you fly into gain the kill/s, or if you fail in gaining any kills with your kamikazi manouver (eg missing your intended target and simply smashing into the ground). It also includes accidental aircraft collisions (I know I've unintensionally crashed into other aircraft and enemy vehicles many times) without apology. And no, that doesn't mean you can purposly fly your dropship into an enemy, then say sorry and get away with it either.

No Team Vehicle Stealing:
Stealing a team-mates vehicle is also frowned upon on our server.
A perfect example of this is: an engineer who is driving a tank gets out to fix his vehicle, only to have a so-called "team-mate" take his tank before he has finished repairing it.
Again, punishment for this depends vastly on which 22nd SAS clan members are on the server when this happens, but from me personally you can expect 3 warnings followed by the wraith of my boot. We will never ban for this offence though.

No Name Violations:
You will be kicked from our server if you wear our clantag without our permission. You will also be banned from our server if your name is offensive.

No Cheating Stats:
Stat padding is not tolerated on our server.
Stat padders will gain themselves an instant ban, and in most cases screenshots will be sent in to EA of the offending actions.

Suspected Cheating:
You can be both warned and kicked if we suspect you of cheating, but you will not be banned, in case we're wrong of course.
If you are playing the game in a suspicious manner, or gain some suspicious kills, you may either be warned or kicked.
As the name would suggest, this is when we think you are cheating but are not quite sure. We kick for suspected cheating in an effort to safe-guard ourselves and other players on our server from potential cheats.
If you have been warned or kicked for suspected cheating, please feel free to voice your concerns in a non-confrontational manner and we will gladly listen to what you have to say &/or explain what it was we saw you do that made us think you might be cheating.

No Hacking/Cheating
If we know for sure that you are using hacks or cheating in any other manner, you will be banned instantly (and any evidence sent to EA aswell).
We are aware that there are BF2 hacks out there for sale, and we also know that these hacks can be of a very high quality. The moment we realise you are cheating, you won't be coming back onto our server to do it again.
Cheating is unacceptable, please do it else where.

Attacking Uncapturable bases IS NOT ALLOWED:
Although denying permission to "rape" uncapturable bases has been debated more than once in the clan, it has been decided that attacking uncap'd bases should NOT be allowed.

"NO COMMANDERS"(Infantry Only)
Does exactly what it says on the tin, when the server is hosting Infantry Only nights we would expect players to follow our wishes of not using commander and to play purely on instink and skill, You will receive 1 warning and then you will be kicked.

Visiting Clans:
Any visiting clan member that wishes to use our server is free to do so, however repeatedly breaking rules, offensive, racist or disrespectful to any 22nd SAS Regiment trooper or "joe public" then their whole clan will be dealt with for the actions of 1 member, resulting in either kicking or banning depending on the severity of the offence. This will be to ensure that "OUR SERVER" is the best gaming environment you could wish for in at times a very stressful game.

These rules have been debated and decided upon by the clan - those who not only pay for the server, but those who also have to play on it the most. Please respect our wishes and follow our rules while playing on our server. Thank you.
